Serial servers are used to allow remote access over Ethernet to serial devices from anywhere in the world. The SSE232 units allow for serial data to be encapsulated in a TCP/IP data packet, which allows global connectivity through the Internet or Intranets. Data can be sent to another SSE232 device, the existing device software (requires TCP/IP compatibility), or the Serial COM port redirector software available in this section.
A selection of Analogue and Digital aquisition modules that can aquire 4-20mA, 0-10V, PT100, Thermocouple and Digital inputs with Modbus or Hostlink outputs. Units can also be configured to send information directly to a server, including our M2M web interface to provide a web browser for viewing and downloading data.
A selection of GSM/GPRS Monitoring and Control units, with associated software, to allow remote monitoring and control of devices from a web server or mobile phone. The GRD units have a wide selection of input options and are available in two different basic models. The GRD connects via the Middleware software to a remote server to create a MySQL database of the acquired data. The GTS device will send and receive SMS messages allowing you to use your mobile phone to control any system or application remotely.
A selection of protocol converters that will provide a two way signal conversion from one type to another. Units can converter: ModBus TCP to ModBus RTU/ASCII; ModBus TCP to DF1; ModBus to NMEA; ModBus ACSII/RTU to Hostlink; ModBus ASCII/RTU to DF1; and a ModBus ASCII/RTU Multiplexer.
A selection of media converters that will provide a two way signal conversion from one type to another. Units can converter: RS485 or RS422 to USB; RS232 to RS485; RS232 to RS422; RS232 to Ethernet; Ethernet to Multimode Fibre Optic; and Multimode Fibre Optic to RS232, RS485 or RS422.
