We are able to supply flow meters, flow sensors and flow measurement systems suitable for a wide range of applications and environments:
Ultrasonic Flow Meters - portable and fixed clamp on systems suitable for clean liquids (time if flight meters), and doppler meters suitable for effluent and fluids with large amounts of solids or air bubbles. Line sizes from 15mm to 6 metres.
Heat Meters - MID approved inline meters with displays, line sizes 1/2" to 2". Also ultrasonic clamp on heat meters
Electromagnetic Flow Meters - for water and water based chemicals, line sizes from 15mm to 800mm, models available suitable for use in safe and hazardous areas.
Turbine and Paddle wheel Meters - for liquid flows up to 10,000 ltrs/min, line sizes from 1/2" to 6". Models available for safe and hazardous areas. Versions also available for subsea use to depths of 4000 metres.
Compressed Air Meters - insertion types for thermal mass measurement for pipes up to 400 mm diameter.
Open Area, Tunnel and Duct Air Flow measurement - we offer a range of insertion meters, with ranges from 0.15 to 40 M/S. Models suitable for safe and hazardous areas.
VA Variable Area Meters - for plastic types air flow and metal tube types suitable for a wide range of liquid, gaseous media, including oil, pulp, chemicals, food products, hot and cold water, and saturated steam circuits.
Mechanical Water Meters - multi-jet and Woltmann type for line sizes from 15mm to 500mm.
Flow Switches - for liquids and gases, models available for safe and hazardous areas.
Positive Displacement Meters - for low flows, suitable for oil, fuel and chemicals.
System Integration
We are able to integrate any of the above flow meters with a suitable data loggers or data acquisition system to record flow rate and flow total and forward data where required to a remote terminal or website via Ethernet or GPRS.
